Beltaine’s Fire plays a unique fusion of scottish and irish rebel music and hip hop. The music combines the passion and deep roots of resistance embodied by the rebel bards of the celtic nations with the directness and relevance of politically conscious hip hop in a truly seamless fusion that is both deeply rooted in tradition and history and completely original.

Our first album, The Weapon of the Future, is currently available for purchase from this website. It is 14 tracks of original music featuring Emcee Lynx on vocals, Laura Noel on Bass, John Dougal on Banjo, Chris Darbeyshire on Drums, and Michael Mullen on fiddle.
We are currently working on material for a second album with our new lineup.
