A couple changes

Allright, the album has been out for just under 2 weeks now and the results are officially in on our experiment releasing the album on a pay-what-you-want basis:   after 12 days and a ton of downloads, not one person has paid.    Which is disappointingly, but not terribly surprising.   Unfortunately, we can’t keep giving it away - not if we want to be able to finance a physical print run any time soon.   So we’ve taken down the free mp3’s and changed it so the album now costs $10 to download.

If you absolutely can’t afford $10 or don’t have any access to a credit card you can look for the album on Jamendo or the various file-sharing networks.  AmieStreet also has it on a track-by-track basis.   We’re probably going to put it up on iTunes too, though we’d prefer to sell the bulk of the mp3 downloads directly since iTunes and most other sites take 30%-40% of the sale price right off the top, whereas when you buy the album directly from us all the money goes to the band.
